5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Rossiyol LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rossiyol LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Refunds, Returns & Damaged Items

All sales are final, except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged and must be requested within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. All refund or replacement requests are subject to approval by Rossiyol LLC.
